Deeds are public information and can be obtained in the Recorder's office. Copies are $1.00 per page with most deeds being 1-2 pages long.
For property purchased before 1988, or people who own multiple properties, it is helpful if a customer goes to the Auditor's office first and obtains a transfer date for the appropriate property.
