Floodplain Information

The Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission is in charge of dealing with zoning and subdivision issues located within the designated floodplains within Delaware County and Muncie. For detailed information, or to find out if your property is located in a flood plain, please contact the Plan Commission office or use the links to information below.

The Zoning Administrator for Delaware County shall administer and implement the provisions of the ordinance and hold the position as the Floodplain Administrator for their jurisdiction , as well as the the City of Muncie Zoning Administrator for their jurisdiction in the city.
