A dedicated father of four, Stephen has also made a significant impact through his extensive public service, holding key positions on numerous boards and advisory committees. His leadership has shaped organizations such as the Muncie Sanitary District, Chamber of Commerce, Delaware Advancement Corporation, Muncie Area Career Center, and Ball State's International Advisory Board. He has also contributed to Purdue Polytechnic and Ivy Tech’s advisory boards, as well as several other outside community advisory boards.
