The "County Treasurer" is responsible for collecting county taxes, other taxes required by state law and special assessments.  The Treasurer's Office has custodial and investment responsibilities for taxes and other revenues collected.

Effective June 1, 2024

             Ordinance 2024-009 was passed on May 28, 2024.  The Ordinance is establishing a processing fee for Mobile Home transfers and moving permits prepared by the Delaware County Treasurer's office.  A Mobile Home transfer and/or moving permit fee is hereby established.   Effective June 1, 2024, the Delaware County Treasurer's office shall charge and collect the permit fee in the amount of $20.00 for each permit issued.  The permit fee shall be paid in cash, cashier's check or money order made payable to the Treasurer of      Delaware County at or prior to the time of the request for a Mobile Home Transfer and/or Moving Permit.
